What do I do at Arinco?

I am leading Experience Design within AI Transformation Capability at Arinco.

On day to day basis, I might be:

• Help senior leaders cut through the AI noise, acting as the front door for AI-led innovation and shaping early-stage ideas into credible, testable opportunities.
• Partner with client product, engineering, and design teams to identify where AI and GenAI can create leverage, then design discovery and experiment streams around those opportunities.
• I frame hypotheses, prioritise data and assumptions, and run lean experiments (from prompt and workflow prototypes to AI agent pilots) to de-risk decisions before heavy investment.
• Translate discovery into momentum for clients — from clear strategic direction and narrative, to prototypes, pilot concepts, and investment-ready business cases.
• Advise on what to progress, what to pivot, and what to stop, using real-world signals from users, markets, and experiments to inform those calls.
• Support capability building within client teams, embedding practical tools, rituals, and ways of working that foster a culture of experimentation and curiosity.
• Stay across emerging technologies and AI trends, bringing a sharp, independent point of view on where they can create differentiated value for clients.

My journey as a designer

I started my career as a Usability Specialist in 2004 at a global consulting firm to pursue my ambition of designing digital experiences that enrich the lives of users worldwide. I’ve always been passionate about understanding the “Who,” “What,” and “Why” behind human behavior, perceptions, and decision-making. With over 15+ years of design experience, I’ve worked with B2B, B2C, and SaaS products and services for large tech companies, advertising agencies, and startups.

What are my Interests & inspirations?

Growing up in a small industrial town and later experiencing city life, I’ve always been inspired by the activities that shaped my early years: cricket, heavy metal, screenprinting, making coffee, and exploring historical sites. Nowadays, I take things a bit slower, often immersing myself in history books, hiking, gardening, or cooking.

Beyond music, art, and design, I’m deeply fascinated by how different cultures shape human behavior and decision-making, particularly how context and environment influence the way people think and act.
